Important Information

We are a small business and for that reason, it may take us a little longer to properly package and ship your order. Quality is always our goal, so we thank you for your patience and support of small businesses.

Processing

We typically process orders within 3 business days. Order cut off each day is 3pm EST. (Please note that business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.)

There are times when your order may take a little longer to process due to peak shopping periods, and/or national shipping delays. We will always communicate any delays in processing and shipping your order on our site, social media pages, and email.

Payments

We offer PayPal as one of our options to process payments. You do not need a PayPal account to make a purchase. Simply click on the option to pay via debit card or credit card and follow the instructions on the next screen.

In addition to PayPal, we accept all major credit cards or debits cards with a major credit card logo, as well as Apple Pay, CashApp Pay, and Afterpay for your convenience. 

Shipping

We ship our orders with UPS ground. Once your order is processed, we will email you a link to the tracking information. If you don't receive it in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folders. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order is delivered to the wrong address due to customer error, or if it is lost in transit, you will need to contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. We are happy to provide you with instructions to file a claim with the appropriate carrier.

Shipping times vary by carrier and national transit times, however, most orders are received within 5 business days once shipped.

Presently, we only ship within the United States, however, we may be able to accommodate special requests. Please email us for more information.

Refunds

Due to the nature of our plant and soil products, all sales of these products are final. If you receive an order that is damaged, please email us at: [email protected] and we will handle each issue on a case-by-case basis. Due to the perishable nature of plants, we cannot accept plants for returns. However, if you receive a plant that is damaged, we may be able to send you a replacement. Please email us at [email protected] for further instructions.

Apparel, Mugs, and Certain Accessories
